Datenlöschung & Data deletion

Hier kann die Löschung von Daten und OAuth-Zugangsdaten angefragt werden, die einem autorisierten Konto oder einer verbundenen Plattform zugeordnet sind.

So stellst du eine Löschanfrage

  1. Widerrufe bei Bedarf zuerst den Northstar-Zugriff in deinem Google-Konto.
  2. Sende eine E-Mail an info@pixelgipfel.ch.
  3. Nenne die betroffene Plattform und die Konto-, Property-, Seiten- oder Profil-ID.
  4. Beschreibe, ob die gesamte Verbindung oder bestimmte gespeicherte Daten entfernt werden sollen.

Sende niemals Passwörter, API-Schlüssel, Zugriffstoken oder Wiederherstellungscodes per E-Mail.

Pixelgipfel bestätigt den Eingang und teilt nach Identitäts- beziehungsweise Eigentumsprüfung den anwendbaren Ablauf und Zeitrahmen mit. Zugehörige OAuth-Token und gespeicherte Google-Daten werden gelöscht, soweit keine zwingende gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflicht entgegensteht.

How to request deletion

  1. If appropriate, first revoke Northstar's access through your Google Account.
  2. Email info@pixelgipfel.ch.
  3. Identify the affected platform and the account, property, page, or profile ID.
  4. State whether the entire connection or specific stored data should be removed.

Never send passwords, API keys, access tokens, or recovery codes by email.

Pixelgipfel confirms receipt and, after verifying identity or ownership, communicates the applicable process and timeframe. Associated OAuth tokens and stored Google data are deleted unless mandatory law requires limited retention.
